I feel it was more about the US not paying a S**T ton more than everybody else when it comes to money, equipment & troop deployment in a lot of the conflicts the US has been the sheriff long enough let the other countries pony up it's their time .

 

We'll help but not pay the biggest share of the bill in more ways than 1 !
