Matt_In_NH Posted February 12 Posted February 12 That is unfortunate they said 4th quarter and then did end of game.....sets up for grievances Quote
The Jokeman Posted February 12 Posted February 12 (edited) I had an 8 for the 49ers and 3 for the Chiefs. I had no chance once the 9ers went up 3-0. Edited February 12 by The Jokeman Quote

WotAGuy Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I had two 10 leg parlays; on one everything hit except Kelce didn’t score. On the other, all hit except Mahomes went over 329 yards (he had 333). I hate those MotherFers. 1 Quote

Got 9-9, so at the end of the 4th, would have got me $400 but they went by final score, not the end of the quarter. Happens to me a lot. I’ll have a win, only for a team to score right before the end of a quarter taking it away. I got decent numbers you want but no luck. It’s $50 per square with high pay out fir final score and per minute scores. Quote
HurlyBurly51 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Sal has an interesting survey on X...do you tip the organizer if you win, or is there an expectation in your pool to tip? Quote
tomur67 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I had 5 and 2. Never thought I would win with those two numbers. Quote

I'm used to just missing out. One year I was in a pool for work. 3 out of the 4 quarters I would have won, but one of the teams would score 2-3 minutes before the end of the quarter. One person I know, was in a squares pool, that paid out every score. Half time and Final Score had set amounts, and the rest of the pool was split how every many times to payout the score changes. 2 Quote

Chicken Boo Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Kind of the same. $20 buy-in for a fundraiser. Won the 1st quarter 0-0. Quote
Punch Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I had the numbers for the Ravens-49ers Super Bowl final score until Baltimore's punter ran through his own end zone for an intentional safety. 1 Quote
