2. Greenlaw hurt taking the field

4. Spagnolo ate Shanahan alive 

5. Reid figured out Wilks (who is terrible) in the 2nd half

I don't know from the clip I remember seeing him and a few other all seemed like they were all prepared to race on to the field and then when they went the others kept going and he went down because of the injury.

If you don't agree that Allen had a better game against the Eagles and Chiefs in the playoffs than Mahomes did tonight, I don't believe you. And 100% for sure if Allen played like Mahomes did in the first 3 quarters tonight, we would have been blown out by the 49ers. And that's not unique to Allen. Most teams can't get away with scoring 3 points or less in a half against two different playoff opponents and win both of them.

You can’t do that against Mahomes.
 

The traditional rules don’t apply when you play him. Have to assume you cannot stop him— since no one can in the clutch— and just go for the TD.

They never showed the coaches meet post game. They never showed Shanahan's post game comments, no sign off from Nance and Romo...

 

Then an abrupt cut to a new show.

 Chris jones shows up when they need a big play on the defensive side whenever they need one which took a ton of pressure off the chiefs offense all year 

CJ is a first ballot HOFER. But cmon, let's be realistic. I've been watching football for over 50 years, and NOBODY has done what this kid has done so far. Great coach? Yes. Great surrounding cast? Yes. But he's in the conversation as the GOAT now, 6 years in. That's crazy stuff

Their defense had held them to 4 FGs already. I get their thinking on kicking there.

We are so unlucky to get good at the same time as Reid got Mahomes. The sad part is how damn close we are to the Chiefs in playing ability, but will never get that kind of recognition.

Had 2 Props:

 

McAffrey > 44.5 yards Receiving. They took awhile to change the scoring on the Backfield Pass.

 

But that one… a non QB throwing for a TD was 35-1! 🤪👍🎉🍺🏈✔️

KC were helped by Superbowl Shanahan refusing to run the ball for most of the 3rd Quarter. All those quick 3 and outs gave the Chiefs plenty of time and possessions to launch a comeback.

 

The thing with Mahomes is just his ability to not make mistakes in the clutch. It is Brady-like. He plays those end of game scenarios perfectly time and again.
