Second, sometimes you just have to walk away and leave them where they stand, regardless of what they are saying or doing. Whether it be your house, in a restaurant, in a club, wherever. ESPECIALLY if you are a young, rich athlete. It's just not worth it. I can’t. Is that you, God? Albany,n.y. Posted February 9 Posted February 9 If the Ravens don't want him teams like Kansas City, Miami, Cleveland, & Cincinnati will want him just to name a few teams that don't care what a player does off the field. 1 Quote

Because they can't fight anyone bigger than them is my guess. Unrelated to him, just a napoleon complex that they develop once they get paid. Look at a bunch of RB's through the years and it's the same thing. Edited February 9 by The Wiz Quote

When the act was committed, he was released which was the correct thing to do as well. Quote
K D Posted February 9 Posted February 9 He's too good of a player to have done it, if you know what I mean. The only reason Ray Rice got in trouble was after the video leaked Quote

Ray Lewis was charged with murder and he is a local hero, team legend, and in the Hall of Fame. I would not ever expect the NFL or the Ravens in particular, to really act in a socially responsible manner. Will be some hand wringing and posturing though. Quote

The fact that Simpson is still on the wall continues to disgust me. 2 Quote

They won't tolerate it from players that they can get out of contracts easily, or players that don't make great impact. 1 Quote
Mr. WEO Posted February 9 Posted February 9 16 hours ago, BananaB said: Didn’t the Ravens invite Ray Rice bavk to game this year like the Bills do with their old legends? Biscotti is also a POS. He had no problem with keeping Ray Rice---after he knew about the elevator video. They conspired to get Rice a light suspension and hide the video, and then when it became public, they pretended not to know and pretty much threw Rice to the wolves (where he belonged)--saying he lied to them about what happened in the elevator. So this nonsense about no tolerance from this owner is his typical BS. He's an A1 jock sniffer---pledging his "love" to Ray Rice by text during all of that. Quote
Bruffalo Posted February 9 Posted February 9 (edited) It's really depressing seeing these kind of headlines over and over. It's not hard to not hit people. It's not hard to not hurt your loved ones in a blatant, traumatizing fashion. Hold yourself to a higher standard. Edited February 9 by Bruffalo 2 Quote
