MetLife's turf is considered to be one of the worst according to NFL players. So many have suffered serious injuries playing on it. Since the Bills have to play here every year it would be nice if the playing surface was improved. Quote
LewPort71 Posted February 5 Posted February 5 The turf field will be covered with a grass field. FIFA wont allow turf fields for the WC. I am not sure of the logistics, but it will be similar to the situation at the Glendale AZ stadium 1 Quote

BritBill Posted February 6 Posted February 6 This is going to take some affording for me and my son to go. It would be awesome to go to a World Cup in the US/Canada/Mexico. Quote

And yes, any WC game will be played on grass. They will probably put in a temporary field of real grass or similar. Soccer isn't as freaking stupid as the NFL...gotta play on grass. Quote
