Back in March the EFFING GOVERNOR of MISSOURI commuted Britt Reid's sentence, and he is supposed to be under house arrest until October of this year. That's as overt as entitlement gets. Big part of why KC is so easy to root against.

Is anyone else really tired of seeing degenerates rewarded with TV money because a segment of society finds them entertaining?  This upcoming Mahomes Sr fight, housewives of ______, Jersey Shore, etc. all showcase the worst of society and they get rich by acting like slugs.

What do you like about him? I'm curious. I realize I'm looking for reasons to dislike him, but I've noticed how tepid he is about acknowledging that other quarterbacks might--just might--be as good as him. Look at Allen's gracious comments about Lamar before their playoff showdown this year. With every last person with a microphone (no exceptions) praising him at every turn, and couching even modest criticisms in lavish lickspittlery, you think Mahomes could manage a few nice words about his peers besides the usual trite BS.

That's so wild, I didn't even know about that and just read a little more about it. That little girl that was one of the people he hit in a parked car because he was so drunk has a serious TBI that's going to affect her for the rest of her life and this guy's getting a commuted sentence when the prosecutor didn't even go for the max sentence in the original case. 

 

Those parents must be so furious, I can't even imagine.

No I wasn’t trolling. We don’t know if senior is doing this for money or notoriety. If it’s money then maybe his son is sick of bailing him out all these years. If it’s notoriety, which is my guess, then his son’s fame and fortune is irrelevant to the matter. Senior obviously craves attention from his pattern on social media. 

 

My point was his son’s bank account is not his so that shouldn’t have any impact on his decision making. A man needs to be accountable for his own life regardless of their relatives’ success. That was the point I think you’re missing with your statement.

Yeah I understand where you’re coming from, I’m gonna guess SR. Is feeling somewhat overshadowed and that’s his reasoning, hard to know what family dynamics are at play… weird situation for sure.
