Canada during trumps first term arrested and held a Chinese business women for 2.5 years at trumps request, then he walked away from the case. Canada should fix our Chinese relationships that were damaged and sign a trade agreement.

Canadian business has made 100s of billions of dollars of commitment to support US business, like US companies have, based on 150 years. That is done. You will never see it again. 

Canada joined with the US to improve border security following 9 11 by giving the US confidential information on every Canadian citizen, from birth place, to criminal records etc. The US never fully complied with their info. Now, we are being kicked out of 5 eyes intelligence group by the US.
