He’s fundamentally a good coach, and a decent human being.  I am happy for him.  I believe he was a little too conservative here, but that may have been at the direction of McD.

Leslie Frazier is great at setting up a system based on the talent he has but his on game decisions need help. I wish him the best and hope Seattle is good under his leadership.

Happy for coach Frazier as he is good man...happier that he has moved on as his plannig-schemes and gameday decisions are old-stale and he owns some-most of the 13 seconds debacle which has wrecked the credibility of the head coach with the fanbase..

He is an excellent regular season coach, and I mean that sincerely, the soft coverage in the postseason was majorly frustrating, and had negative results.

McDermott has talked many times about how valuable Frazier was to him, especially early on. Bills players have also said similar.

 

He will be a valuable asset to Macdonald.

You know it’s TWO third round picks, right? If a minority defensive coordinator is hired to be a head coach, the team he left gets two third round picks.

 

The question is if Frazier fits that description.
