So...what are you all doing in this scenario? I'm guessing it's down to Johnny Newton or Xavier Worthy, with most Bills fans picking Worthy?

How it went (pleased with it overall):

This monster falls to 28 somehow. Check out those measurables. "Extremely dense" is right, damn. 6'3" 354lbs and runs a 4.4? Historic athleticism. Even so, tough choice with both Texas WRs available at 28. Although I imagine most Bills fans would snag Worthy, and a few less would pick Mitchell, without giving it much thought.

This is how it went. Maybe my favorite total draft haul with no trades, even after losing the projected 3rd round comp pick. Serious prospects (most of them verified Bills targets) who almost all have a shot at making the roster. (Don't LOVE the Kinchens value in rd 2, but with his U Miami coach coming aboard, it feels very possible.)

That's pretty insane... and tempting.

But I'm on record for wanting to go all-in on offense, as it's the only way I can see us realistically getting past the Chiefs in the playoffs. No matter how highly ranked our defense is, it'll never be good enough to shutdown Mahomes/Kelce/Reid in the postseason.

Our QB is great, so let's outgun them. BUT, a guy with this size having this kind of athleticism sounds amazing if he can reach his full potential.

Better, and polychromatic. I'm an UGA fan, so approve of day 2. How did you get the pick for Van Pran? Be shocked if Thomas falls to 28.

Dropped back two spots to regain something close to the lost comp pick value. Not so bad.

This board would explode(myself included) if the Bills don't take a WR in the first 2 rounds, but if they pick one up in FA this would be a good first two rounds:

28. Chop Robinson EDGE Penn State

60. Kris Jenkins DT Michigan

I'm not sold on Chop. I don't like it.

Traded to 9 but Odunze & Nabers went at 7&8, Daniels still on board Minny sent a trade that allowed a recoup of the 2024 2nd and 2025 2nd that were traded away…

Maybe we are having Aaron Maybin flashbacks.

As I said before, I would much rather have a 1st round WR than an Edge rusher, but in that particular mock, all the top receivers including Worthy and Mitchell were off the board....I hope that isn’t the case in the real draft!!

With the Bills releasees and McGovern likely moving over to center so that they have a veteran at the pivot. Look for them to add a guard early at 60 or possibly moving into third if someone they like falls.
