ScorpionZero Posted March 6 Posted March 6 I guess when playing these, you need to have an, all around big board. And hope that your top 5 choices in each round are true to the board. But sometimes you have a feeling about a player that someone didn't feel deserves a certain ranking. That's what makes a good GM. Gotta believe in the beane. 1 Quote
Special K Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Bills now have enough draft picks to move up in both the 2nd and 3rd rounds, so I went for the Texas double-dip! 28. Xavier Worthy WR Texas 52. T'Vondre Sweat DT Texas 80. Cole Bishop S Utah 3 Quote

Defensive talent dropped with offense going heavy in the first and early second. 107. Maason Smith DT Won't need to pay Shaq, plus can play anywhere on line. 131. Javon Solomon ED The next Kahlil Mack 198 Omar Speights LB We can can let TDot and Matakevich go. PERFECT DRAFT! Edited March 6 by nosejob 1 Quote

Manuel Yeah I thought the same thing but watched tape; not highlights. The guy is absolutely a developmental prospect and that’s perfectly fine when you have a guy like Josh in control of your franchise. Quote
Richard Noggin Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Only way I know how to process all of today's action is to turn it into mock drafts. Really like this one. PFN already added our new 5th round pick, and definitely upgraded WR Worthy's big board value (right behind Mitchell actually). We get our X receiver, a new starting DT, starting S, really promising #2 RB in the pipeline, and some EDGE depth. 1 Quote
Richard Noggin Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Easy little 1st rd trade back results in some favorable results imho: serious WR pipeline talent plus starters at S and DT, and other solid depth. Difficult to quarrel with this innit? Quote

I've noticed PFN, who I like to use, has Worthy suddenly right behind Mitchell at 33 overall, and Franklin slipping even further back to like 48. Kinchens, at safety, has slid way back into the 50s after being a fringe 1st round guy. They've definitely made post-combine adjustments. Which models are lagging? 1 Quote

ScorpionZero Posted March 7 Posted March 7 If we want Thomas, It's looking like we'll need to get to at least 14. That will cost us this year's 1st and 2nd, and next year's 2nd. While maybe even having to toss in a 5th or 6th this year to sweeten the pot. Quote
