Were those picks you traded to get to 36 or 40 part of the trade out of 28?

What picks did you end up keeping?

I think I traded 28, along with next years 2nd and 4th for both 36 and 40. Off the top of my head it was the only trade I made.

This response I absolutely 100% agree with. If we’re down to those picks at those spots. Don’t even bother. Trade the picks. Pick up defenders; and try again next year

Lots of trade downs. Picking up a crap ton of bodies. Bound to hit on some of them.

Come on SZ!

You are better at this than to pick McConkey at 28.....he’s just not a fit for what the Bills need at WR.....I wouldn’t pick him at 60!

Steve Smith was NOT kind to Walker. Said he needs to learn to catch, should have stayed in school and that people he's talked to have said the same, that his stock is dropping hard, and he's a Day 3 guy.

Yeah. I saw that. But I still think raw talent gets you somewhere. Someone will probably take a flier on him because of his measurables. We all know the combine can make someone’s stock soar or drop like a rock. If he participates and catches fairly well, I think his measurables will elevate him.

Ok. Wanted to see what it would look like. I made it happen though. Had to give up next years 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for it.

Like this one more obviously. He fell to 6 and traded with the Giants. Gave up less this year and only a 1st and 2nd next year.

Your not wrong, I'm thinking we grab a bigger outside guy in the first and say Roman Wilson, cowing, in third or Washington later. Really just having that variety of skill sets available. Plus we still have shorter and shavers.

For Seattle’s 76&78 I ended up trading our 2nd and 3rd next year on top of the 4th 2025 from Washington to move up to 28. They moved up into around 2 twice: took Penix Jr. &  Kam Kinchens… (Unrealistic for both teams to give up what they did but it a mock and figured they’d want to recoup some assists they traded. Also that Washington trade 36,67 & a 3rd the following year but they did move up and take Bo Nix 🤷‍♂️)
