This is John Elway and Dan Reeves all over again. Young physically gifted QB with everything needed to get his team to the promised land hamstrung by a Head Coach that just doesn’t “Get it” Look what happened for Elway after he got away from Reeves and Shanahan came in with his stretch rushing game freeing up Elway to do what he did best…Lead and step up when required to and push the ball down field with strikes off that great arm. Josh Allen is more gifted than Elway ever was, 

But he is being wasted on a coach that has done all he can do and has a vision that is incompatible with what your QB needs supporting and supplying him with a winning strategy and management to get the job done. Hope y’all can find somebody 

to get the “Job” Done…
