chongli Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Here are the 13 SB ads released so far (mostly previews/teasers) with YouTube videos on the link. Nothing so far really impressed me or was funny. https://www.nbcnewyork.com/entertainment/entertainment-news/super-bowl-2024-commercials-watch-all/5078082/ [go to the link to see them -- too many to embed here] 1. Michelob Ultra featuring Messi: Lionel Messi makes his Super Bowl debut in an ad for Michelob Ultra. The teaser to what will be a 60-second spot shows Messi ordering a beer as he walks up to a beachside bar, and his reaction when the tap stops pouring. 2. Budweiser brings back the Clydesdales After criticism last year from disappointed fans over Budweiser's commercial that only included a brief cameo of the beloved horses, Anheuser-Busch is bringing back the Clydesdale horses to lead the charge in this year's spot. The storyline, according to a press release from the beer purveyor, will be a "classic Budweiser storyline with nods to past Super Bowl spots, elements of nostalgia and, of course, crisp and refreshing Budweiser." 3. Doritos featuring Jenna Ortega "Wednesday" star Jenna Ortega really wants some Doritos Dinamita, but the grocery store shelves are empty. So who took all the Dinamitas?, Doritos teases. Viewers will have to tune on Feb. 11 to find out. 4. Reese's Cups Reese's is teasing "big changes" coming for the iconic candy on Feb. 11 in its first Super Bowl commercial since 2020. 5. Pringles featuring a mustache Is Chris Pratt replacing "Mr. P," the longtime Pringles mascot? The "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor is sporting a mustache for this teaser, which calls on fans to keep an eye out for everyday people or things that appear to resemble "Mr. P." Submit your sightings on Instagram or TikTok using the hashtags #ISeeMrP #PringlesContest for a chance to win $15,000. 6. Nerds featuring Addison Rae Singer Addison Rae stars in this Super Bowl ad as a dance instructor teaching a choreography routine to Irene Cara’s iconic “What a Feeling.” But who is the mystery dance student? 7. M&M's 8. Popeyes 9. Hellman's 10. Uber Eats 11. Coors Light chill train 12. Volkswagen 13. Oreo 1 1 Quote
T master Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I don't even pay attention this any more for the simple fact because they show them all before the freakin SB WTH is up with that ? Who was the brilliant one that offered up this nugget that we should show all of the commercials before the actual game . Heck it use to be that was a big part of the game was to see what these companies did as far as putting together those great classic SB commercials . I use to watch in part just for that but now it's like the premature EJ thing got to blow it before its even here . Even the SB & it's commercials isn't what it use to be ! I knew when the younger generation started complaining that they wanted something other than what they were getting for the half time show . When they say that Aerosmith, The Who, and others put on lame half time shows and thought the Black Eyed Peas put on a good show i was like WTH this isn't going in a direction that's going to be good . 8 hours ago, chongli said: Here are the 13 SB ads released so far (mostly previews/teasers) with YouTube videos on the link. Mr. Wonderful Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Hyping up commercials part of NFL plan to raise interest and generate more ad revenue. Same for the ridiculous over the top halftime shows. My wife and daughter don't know anything about football but will watch the Super Bowl for the commercials and Usher. I'll use the downtime to get more food or defecate. 😛 Quote
Fleezoid Posted January 31 Posted January 31 It'll be real hard for me to see the Super Bowl commercials since I won't be watching the Super Bowl. Quote
