JoeF Posted January 24 Posted January 24 (edited) Bills GM is developing a reputation as an incubator of to be GMs... - Brian Gaine - Texans and then return - Joe Schoen - NY Giants - Dan Morgan - Panthers - Interviews of Terrence Gray, Lake Dawson, Malik Boyd in recent years.. Another sign that the Bills have a highly respected personnel organization. Just a ray of frickin' sunshine in a dark week.... Edited January 24 by JoeF 3 1 1 Quote
Saxum Posted January 24 Posted January 24 When Beane became GM he was determined to have as much experience as he could on his staff and the Pegulas backed him up. 2 Quote

Its paid dividends...there is a lot of evaluative talent on the staff....and good communication between the Coaching staff and the personnel team on system fits...particularly at LB and in the Secondary. Im really really glad we get the O moving with first downs via kincaid. and then sub him out for an extra OL. CONSTANTLY. you know. hes a "matchup nightmare." first round. weapon. please 1 1 1 2 Quote

Elam spent most of the year on IR with by all accounts was debilitating foot injury. This impacted him as far back as training camp. He was neck and neck with Benford their rookie year. Shakir developed through hard off-season work with Moulds, and just FYI, there is this thing called game planning - he got significant chances under Brady that maybe Dorsey didn't scheme to.... This staff has an eye for talent at certain positions. If you want to dispute that and say they are trash fine..but I don't share that opinion. 11 minutes ago, uticaclub said: Don’t forget all the FA steals he’s found on the defensive line. 😂 Like Leonard Floyd and D'Quan Jones Edited January 24 by JoeF 1 1 Quote

Like Leonard Floyd and D'Quan Jones nope not ever once did i say they were bad or not having an eye for talent. IMO there is MAJOR disconnect on draft day and how it plays out on GAME DAY 1 Quote

You've got all the answers it seems. Guess you must be winning championships in your Madden Franchise year after year. 1 Quote

Josh is throwing to Trent ***** Sherfield because we have a dozen defensive lineman that cant do ***** when it matters. That’s what happens when your HC is defensive minded and thinks the way to beat mahomeless is to stop him vs trying to out score him 1 2 Quote
