KingBoots8 Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Micah, for everything, thank you. You were one of the first pieces we got that truly changed the team and the culture around here. One of my all time favorites to ever play the game. 1 1 Quote

It’s players like this that really deserve it that never get to taste it That’s what stung in the 90’s too, man. I still have visions of when we win one, all the guys will be there celebrating (Jim, Thurman, Bruce, Andre, even Marv)… Quote
Bad Things Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Hyde has been one of my favorite players since he's gotten here. Plus, he made perhaps my all-time favorite interception! All the best to you and the family, Micah! 6 Quote

benderbender Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Josh is young. We should really be lamenting wasting Poyer and Hyde. Quote
Billzgobowlin Posted January 23 Posted January 23 If he is done playing I would love to have him stay in Buffalo as a coach. If not good luck Micah and please stay healthy Quote
BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Posted January 23 Posted January 23 (edited) Great player, I thought he was the guy who started the turn around, great soldier, seems like a great human, I wish nothing but the best for him and his family! Edited January 23 by BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Quote
GETTOTHE50 Posted January 23 Posted January 23 I think his first interception as a Bill was against the falcons in Atlanta. I remember how ***** excited I was. Thanks for putting it all out there big dawg Quote
Bills!Win! Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Can someone on here do us a favor and make a Hyde highlight reel? Quote
EasternOHBillsFan Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Saying goodbye is so hard but for us fans who have enjoyed every game with you being there, it's just as hard. All the best for you and your wife and family. Quote
Scott7975 Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Next year is going to suck. I will never forget this safety duo. Best in the business. Two of my favorite players. It's not going to be the same without them. Quote
Nuncha Posted January 24 Posted January 24 (edited) I think Poyer could probably play another year. Hyde seems to be saying goodbye...and probably plans to hang it up. They are both 100% class acts. Secondary will be strange without them. Perhaps Hyde will get into coaching?? Time will tell. Edited January 24 by Nuncha Quote
oldmanfan Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Mad love for Micah and family. If this is the end for him, he was a warrior and a great Bill. When you have a wife, little kids, and risk of spinal damage it’s a non brainer. Quote

She saw the ketchup and mustard enema and stayed! They did it right order - married, puppy, son and daughter. Only thing forgotten was the domicile. Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Hyde is the man. And if he is indeed done playing, forget coaching, he needs to get into broadcasting. Good-looking, super intelligent and well spoken…he’d crush it. 1 Quote

Fetou Posted January 24 Posted January 24 Not For Long League is always difficult. Have to enjoy the elite positional groups while it lasts. I still miss that line with Mario Williams, Kyle Williams, rookie contract Dareus and Jerry Hughes. Going to be really difficult when it's time for Josh to cross the bridge. Quote
Chicken Boo Posted January 24 Posted January 24 (edited) Time flies. Buffalo went from having the best safety tandem in the league to the end of the road for possibly both guys. Hyde was a perfect fit for this defense. I wish he and his family well. He'll be missed out there. Edited January 24 by Chicken Boo Quote

Einstein Posted January 24 Posted January 24 It actually pisses me off that we didn’t reach even a single Super Bowl during his tenure. Couldn’t have asked for better safety tandem. Sorry for swearing. Quote
