He absolutely loves Josh Allen(what coach wouldn't), and the chance to crush the Pats twice a year would be appealing to him.

 

Not going to happen though, McD isn't going anywhere.

 

I agree w/ this.  It's a perfect situation for him, in every way.

 

And I think he knows that whoever hires him, he's just coaching.

 

I hate to say this, but I think not hiring him may be a profound regret at some point.  There is no one I would trust more to finally push this team through for a title.
