Not sure if he’s tweaked his fundamentals or what is occurring. I’ve found it odd that he lines up on the right hash mark when he typically pushes the ball. Even more confusing with a left to right crosswind. I also couldn’t tell if the hold by Martin was good. 
 

Similar to golf if you continue to hit a fade you typically line up to the left of the tee box to account for your fade.

 

At the end of the day, I’ll be surprised if we don’t move on from the ST coordinator. Outside of Harty’s return, special teams has been abysmal.

The only way you get better as a team is by replacing the players that don't perform to the NFL expected standard.  Bass this year is a bottom 1/3 kicker in stats and percentages. 

 

Only 9 kickers were worse than him.

 

In the 2023 playoffs he was the worst of every team that had any field goals attempted.  He Played 2 games made 2 of 5 for 40%.

Agree, I loved Bass, even named my fantasy teams after him... "Kickin Bass". but now I'm good to move on, lets get someone with brass balls that isn't afraid to make a tough kick
