He’s not worth whatever money he’s commanding. I’d rather role the dice with a rookie along w/ a more experienced Shakir and Kincaid. 1 5 1 2 Quote
May Day 10 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 What % of Allen's interceptions were Davis passes this season? 4 Quote
sven233 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Good on him. He should. Hard worker, but just has never translated to consistency here. We need better and paying him whatever he's going to get isn't going to help us do that. Hopefully, for his sake, someone drastically overpays for his services. 1 3 Quote

DrDawkinstein Posted January 22 Posted January 22 He'll do well in FA. Much better than he'd do with the Bills offer. He is this year's Edmunds. Good for him. I hope he goes and gets paid well somewhere else. Moving on. 6 2 Quote

I’ll always be grateful for his show in the 13 seconds game… 2Pac and King Cade are the future… No problem moving on from Gabe but have some respect for the production he contributed lol 5 1 1 Quote

msw2112 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 I'm OK with him coming back at a reasonable rate, as long as the team also drafts a couple of WRs, at least one of them in the early rounds. He was missed yesterday. That said, if he gets paid somewhere else, and I think he will be, I wish him well. While Gabe was clearly inconsistent, he was a good teammate and he contributed in a lot of important games over the years, particularly in the playoffs. The big game in KC a few years ago was not his only big-time playoff performance. I believe that he made several key grabs in a close playoff win a few years ago (against Indy, I think, but it could have been Baltimore). 1 1 Quote
