PepeSilvia Posted January 22 Posted January 22 This game is a cataclysm of the last 6 years into one game. the highs, the lows, the still not being able to cover Travis Kelce, the still letting mahommes pirouette around and get a big first down or finding someone open downfield. Tyler bass didn’t lose this game. From the first snap mistakes were made from Diggs fumbling. To the last drive with Diggs dropping a huge pass, Josh fumbling with 5 mins left and then missing Shakir in the back of the end zone. this is another game of missed opportunities. Blame who you want. There’s plenty to go around 2 2 5 Quote
Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Yeah that Allen fumble totally screwed us. Very costly. Honestly lost us the game . that failed fake punt where the Chiefs took over on our side of the field and proceeded to fumble the ball out of our end zone screwed us too. 1 3 Quote
Dr.Sack Posted January 22 Posted January 22 No blame. But we now know what needs to be fixed. Lots of things can improved in next 6 months. Quote

You're not moving Diggs, Bass, Miller or Knox due their cap hits. Add in the amount of guys that a free agents on this team, it's not a 5-7 move fix. It's more like a 2-3 year retool. They have a lot of holes going into next season with little money. 1 Quote

We're good at OL, RB, TE, CB, LB Our DL needs a finisher. We need to add at least 1 elite WR on the bright side Shakir looks like he'll be a stud. Add a rookie like him to develop Not sure about S, I think Po still has it and Hyde would come back on a team friendly deal. Quote

BuffaloRebound Posted January 22 Posted January 22 I feel way better going into this off-season than last season. Lots of young players stepped up. Will be much easier moving on from the older players. 1 Quote

And yeah, let's restructure Diggs and Knox and make them immovable albatrosses for the next 5 years. Quote

I'd also be adding Von Miller to the list of players to release, though they'd probably need to do it after June 1st. But yes, it's time to cull the declining players and dead weight. BuffaloRebound Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Knox will take a pay cut. No other team is paying knox more than $5m per year and he loves it here. 1 Quote
