I’d be fine with the Bills letting every receiver go except Shakir and Kincaid. Harty and Sherfield are no brainer cuts.

Diggs - just eat the cap hit and move on. I mean, would anyone really care at this point?

Knox can go too. Wouldn’t lose any sleep.

Cut Tre

Cut Miller

Floyd can go, no big loss there.

Hamlin gotta be cut.  Right? He has to go. No value their.

Poyer and Hyde….good grief what a horrible season for both. They are cooked.

They need a rebuild but this won’t happen. Bet they run it back.

There is nothing I could even possibly argue with this post.

We are at rebuild point but will they bite the bullet and reload? Doubt it.
This is also the time to switch coaches but …. Won’t happen.
   Meanwhile, Josh isn’t getting younger.

We probably need a legit OC, 2 wide receivers, and somehow clear Diggs and miller's contracts.

But none of that will happen. I bet we get special teamers in free agency and we draft a DT in the first round, a lackluster WR in the 2nd, and Diggs and Miller continue to not earn their pagchecks

Shakir has really played well. I  am excited for us to use him more next season.

I would only sign Davis for a $5-7 million per year, 1-2 year contract.

I would trade Diggs if you can get any decent offer for him without too much of a cap hit.

I would draft a WR in the first round & sign a good free agent WR.

Here's a fact that really hurts - We likely win this game with DeAndre Hopkins on the roster. He catches those two deep balls that Sherfield dropped, and makes several other plays over the course of the game. A true #2 WR was there for the taking and we let him get away for the likes of Deonte Harty and Jordan Phillips. It's an inexcusable miss by Beane, and the outcome was entirely predictable.

Numerous years we have needed better WRs, and Bean has failed every single time.  Harty, Sherfield?  You could have gotten Hopkins instead of those 2.

It's Allen's fault too.

Look at the end of the game. Allen had a guy WIDE open for a TD and completely missed the throw.

Allen was hit on the throw, also it was to the guy the Chiefs had conveniently taken a headshot at earlier.

We needed a TE Bean drafted a TE.

I kept thinking this during the game.  Diggs is a 2 at this point.  Shakir will be a great slot.  We need a 1.  Having Kincaid saved us.  Knox is a good 2nd option at TE.

We just need help for Allen at the wideout position.

Later for Knox and his salary!!

And i’m finally at the point where i’m not giving Diggs a pass anymore. I don’t know what the exact problem is, but we can’t have multiple dropped passes from our $20+ million dollar receiver in a playoff game. Just can’t.

Diggs also declined to speak to the media after the game. He's a team captain who loves to hold his QB accountable, but apparently not himself. The shtick has gotten old.

I like what the Packers built over a 2 year span....guys like Dobbs, Watson, Reed.  They all complement very well, though none are true #1s.

I think we could have something similar with 1-2 additions via the draft, which is a talented class.  1st round pick and a mid rounder.  Get a speed guy and a big bodied guy with solid hands.

Diggs was either injured in 2nd half of year, or has dropped to a #2 type WR.

Shakir is a hard worker, good role player, but we get zero separation with our current group.  It's either skill or playcalling/scheme, possibly both.
