Captain Hindsight Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Think they will notice if we just send Ken Dorsey to the interview? 8 1 Quote

Wonder if they are scouting ahead for him as OC if the Bills don't keep him in the position. I doubt it. Both that they're scouting him for OC and that he doesn't keep the gig. Whoever they hire as Head Coach is going to want their own staff. They aren't going to hire someone and say "we already have chosen your OC". Especially since he wouldn't be replaced for some time after they hire a HC, if it were to happen at all. And honestly, I don't see them replacing Brady. Brady has done a tremendous job since replacing Dorsey. He's been in the building working with Josh since last season. I doubt they're going to say "this is working, but I think we can do better". The job is his next season. 1 1 Quote

Over 29 years of fanhood Posted January 20 Posted January 20 This part of the game is ridiculous. There needs to be a quiet period until at least the superbowl. 1 3 2 Quote

I'm not crapping in the guy, but we can't afford to make the Dorsey mistake again. It is cherry picking if you only include some of his games and not all of them. I even ignored the playoff game but that is him too. I do agree we can't afford to make the Dorsey mistake again though. This isn't even fully his offense. Its the same offense with some tweaks and casual changes over time. An OC really needs an offseason to install an offense. Im not even saying he is the guy. Im just saying that its not fair to pick only a portion of his games and ignore the higher scoring ones. Thats disingenuous Edited January 20 by Scott7975 2 Quote

Thats disingenuous The reason I picked the last 4 games was that I felt that they were games where he's had an opportunity to put his philosophy into the game plans in more detail. I don't disagree with you otherwise. Quote

He knows his worth and knows teams will wait for him. Sure. But the Falcons still have to try and leverage whatever they can. Quote

Buffalo Ballin Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Joe Brady is not ready for any head coaching job right now. If we get to the Super Bowl AND win it then yeah, he can probably leave. Honestly, he needs more time, as our offensive coordinator, for another 2 years. He's just too new to the scene. He's only 34 years young after all. Quote
