Doing drugs long enough, even smoking pot, or drinking alcohol and it will permanently effect one’s brain chemistry, then it can be hellish to kick the habit,,

Irsay should get the same. 

This is why the players have such a gripecwith the personal conduct policy. It rarely applies to management and the owners even less.

Will power plays a part. To beat addiction, one has to be ready for change and mentally tough. I work in psych and sometimes in an addiction unit. Very sad when you peel the onion back and learn what lead up to their dx.
