zow2 Posted January 15 Posted January 15 (edited) The fans that attend today need to police other fans.. I'm sure some drunk Bills fans could act like morons, but I wouldn't put it past Steelers backers to try and cause trouble. The Refs could threaten a 15 yarder, but technically it's not in the rule book. Edited January 15 by zow2 1 2 1 Quote
Thrivefourfive Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Penalty for throwing the snowball throwers onto the field? 1 Quote

Gregg Posted January 15 Posted January 15 (edited) Will the Steelers get a penalty if one of their fans throws the snowball. You know they will be there. Those terrible towels travel well. Edited January 15 by Gregg 1 1 Quote
Blainorama5 Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Does the NFL get fined if the Refs start throwing snowballs back at the crowd ?? 7 Quote

EasternOHBillsFan Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Fortunately today the other game is in Tampa, or the Philly fans might throw car batteries at their own players. 2 Quote

Heavy Kevi Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Lol I remember the refs making that ***** up on the spot and pretending they could flag the home team. Won't work again 1 Quote
Jauronimo Posted January 15 Posted January 15 It was embarrassing that fans had to be warned in the Miami game. I hope we don't see similar bull#### today but I'm not optimistic. 1 3 Quote
T master Posted January 15 Posted January 15 What they need to do is f anyone throws a snow ball bring that person down on the field & give one of the players a free shot at them full on !! On second thought scratch that with as many drunk Bills fans as there are they would be lining up to throw the first snowball just to get out on the field so they could get their bell rung by a player . 0017 Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Let’s hope the Bills blow them out early and we can just take a bunch of 15 yard penalties because it doesn’t matter. Quote

Won't work again I don’t remember who the ref who they asked in the broadcast when the snowballs came down, but he said there was no way they could penalize the Bills. The refs bluffed and the fans bought it. Might not happen again now that the fans know they can’t penalize just the Bills. Quote

Yeah because if I was a fan of the opposing team I’d be throwing them to get a penalty on the Bills. 4 Quote
Generic_Bills_Fan Posted January 15 Posted January 15 I think that was an empty threat that they never would’ve enforced…how could they prove it was a bills fan that threw it? If I was a dolphins fan I would’ve been throwin snowballs like crazy after that announcement 2 1 Quote
