NoHuddleKelly12 Posted January 14, 2024 Posted January 14, 2024 (edited) Remember all of the complaints by the players about last year’s grass field in Arizona being too slippery/prone to poor footing? The NFL is doing its best to avoid a repeat—shipping the specially grown turf all the way from a farm in Cali to Allegiant Field’s rollout field infrastructure (same type of tray system as in Arizona), all new sod is being prepped as we speak. Here’s hoping they don’t overwater it to death again—that appears to have been the main culprit last year. Do we have any landscaping experts among us who can comment on the durability of the type of grass the NFL is going to use?
