MikePJ76 Posted January 14 Posted January 14 the people you see running do not have a seat, they have what is called a party pass. Its first come first serve on all 3 levels. So as close as you can get to the railing. Then you cant move for about 6 hours. and umm yes they have heat in the stadium...and A/C Quote
