Agreed. As long as it’s two sided (they do the same for both teams), I prefer less flags.

Same.  All I care about is its called the same both ways.  When I hate on it, it's because something egregious is not called on one team and then a ticky tacky thing called on the other for the same reason.  Unless its a hit to the head or something.  Head hunting should always be called IMO.
