My friends are saying we’re cowards for moving it to Monday. We have less time to prepare for next week. We’re an embarrassment. Etc…. One said he’s not going to watch now.

I love the Bills and our fans but man some people have such selected rage and overreactions it’s embarrassing.

your "friends" are idiots

Not sure I buy this.

There is a competitive edge that appears when the rest differential is at least 3 days. The Bills will be at a two day deficit. So there is that.

Go run around in your driveway tomorrow, before clearing it, full effort on and off for 3 hours.  During your 5-10 minute breaks between each instance sit on your stairs.  See how you feel the next few days.

I think they are better equipped to handle the run game upfront than in previous years.

Agreed 100%. Probably I am a little scarred from the older days when we sometimes just got completely out-physicaled when tough teams rolled in.

I have my own motives, but I wish they had the vision to be more proactive instead of reactive. I would have loved the game at 1pm today. I knew that wasn’t going to happen by yesterday though. Tomorrow works fine, I would have just personally liked the game being today.

Standings.

(All scenarios based on the Bills beating the Steelers)

If the Dolphins win, they'll go to the Ravens since they will be the lowest seed, and the Bills will get the winner of the Texans/Browns.

If the Chiefs win, they will come to Buffalo and the winner of the Texans/Browns will go to the Ravens.

But they don't know if the Steelers or Bills will win tonight though. They won't find that out until Monday. They will have extra rest but they won't know who exactly to prepare for until Monday night

Two day deficit, with a travel day for the opponent.

It is what it is, but playing at home should somewhat even out that disadvantage, imo.

IMO he'll be the starting QB for the Steelers for years.

He's never been given a great opportunity to play.

Seriously?  Will have to see if McDermott and rest of league start shutting him down now that there are 3 games on film.

I see a more Duck Hodges and Tommy Maddox than Big Ben  career here.

Has that ever happened before? And it’s better to give people extra time to prepare than less.

Right, but you're assuming the Bills beat the Steelers, which today's winners won't be able to assume. Today's winners will NOT know their opponent for next week until after the Bills game, as the OP has been trying to say.

If the Chiefs and Browns win:

Bills win: Chiefs at Bills, Browns at Ravens

Steelers win: Steelers at Ravens, Browns at Chiefs

**

If the Dolphins and Texans win:

Bills win: Dolphins at Ravens, Texans at Bills

Steelers win: Steelers at Ravens, Dolphins at Texans

Back in the day 15 20 inches was the norm and it stuck around all year till spring… Now days we get a few flakes in the air and everybody wants to shut everything down… bunch of p*****

THIS…is the worst take. No, it’s worse than that. Tell me precisely which Bills game had weather worse than what is coming tomorrow. You can’t. In fact, you should head to the stadium tomorrow early and livestream how nice the weather is.

I agree, I just mean I wish they could have moved it to Saturday earlier in the week. I knew that wasn’t going to happen later in the week. You can’t say “there’s a game tomorrow” on Friday. I was just talking from a personal non-government employee prospective about Monday.

Maybe Rasul Douglas will be more likely to play now? Same with Dodson?

‘We’ didn’t move it lol. ‘We’ can give input but the final decision is the leagues and likely involves the governor/emergency personnel more so than the bill’s pride 😂

You’re telling me the governor and emergency personnel made the decision?  No way!! 🤯
