I think the Dallas meltdown gives more stuff for McDermott to draw from.  You are the favorites, you gotta dictate and be physical from play 1. or you will get taken out by a 7 seed.   They still have the Cincinnati home debacle to draw from as well. Lots of motivation for Buffalo tomorrow. Play loose, have fun and dominate.

I dont disagree with anything that you said.  But we are currently here in the Dallas season cycle.

Agree. The billls seem to be coming into this one with a different, better vibe.

Watching Green Bay and Houston Texans - both underdogs in their games, come out loose with nothing to lose and stomping the favored teams makes me nervous about the Bills game.

Many posted in reply to this post that this is basically a weak mentality.  I didn't say that I don't expect the Bills to win.  I do, and I think they are in a lot better place than they were last year going into the playoffs.  I just get nervous being a big favorite, especially after watching two other underdog teams crush the favorites.  Not saying it will happen to us.  I just find that I can't ever feel comfortable about a playoff game until it's over and we've got the W.

Harty personal- is that why Isabella called up?

Could be, could be because Gabe is out and need another WR on the outside.

No, I don't think he is an outside receiver but he's fast and that can pull a defender or 2 away from where they want to go with the ball.

Just got to Utica from NH. Clear skies and dry roads the whole way. Had a marvelous Italian meal at Perreca's in Schenectady.

Looking at the radar it looks like things are slowing down. How much snow fell on the stadium and what are the odds the seating will be cleared in time?

Big difference between the Bills and the Flacco led browns and the cowgirls.
geez you guys. Relax. The Bills are a good playoff team with the exception of last year which we all know carried  a lot of baggage. I’m not guaranteeing a win I’m just saying that those games have nothing to do with this Bills team. Battle tested. Playoff experienced. Win in different ways (ST, pass, run, defence)

Battle tested McD team is 4-5 in the playoffs which is a 44% win percentage. Moreover, the last two years of playoff games ended really poorly.

I'm not saying the Bills are going to lose.

Appreciate the optimism but let's paint a clear picture here.

What's their win percentage for home playoff games?

It's the playoffs.  We should be nervous every game. Pittsburgh won 10 games, great defense,  great running game, big play WR, great coach.

It won't be easy unless we win the turnover battle.

Mason Rudolph the red nose reindeer is not coming into Buffalo and winning a playoff game. Period

Where did I say they have a winning playoff record? They made the playoffs almost every year under McD and were robbed in one game against the Texans and lost a heartbreaker to the eventual champs. Besides Josh having 2 perfect back to back playoffs games as well.

I said they’re battle tested and they are.

They are very battle tested.  From the wild card game, to the AFC championship, they've played them all. 9 playoff games is no joke, it's very experienced.

You are correct and anyone trying to argue 9 playoff games in 4 years isn't battle tested must be ignored.

Me thinks he’s not really a Bills fan.

Here's how I see it:  Any team can get hot in the playoffs.  What dramatically increases your odds is a QB who has a history of playing dominant ball for 4-5 game stretches, and a defense that has shut down high-powered offenses.  The Bills have both.  It might be our year, it might not.  Buckle up.

Well there have been orchard Park hooligans clearing out the stadium shirtless today

Orchard Park probably has 25-30 in give or take... Maybe a little more maybe a little less on the area

Storm is going towards the north towns now...

Drive safe and go bills PTR

Yup, let’s do. Please tally all of your posts….No need to over think, just group them by positive or negative.

Judging by this thread alone, you strongly lean negative. So, as insightful you think that you are, it’s mostly whoa is the Bills and anyone with a point to the contrary is misled with optimism.
