He did. But when I look over the course of the season he has struggled with kickoff depth too. It is possible he is a bit healthier now, but he has been struggling with distance most of the year. Miami did a pretty good job against it in the 2nd half there. Allen shouldn't leap on the push play. Follow the blocker and let Fournette push. 1 Quote

My recollection was that one didn't have a pusher, which was unfortunate because Allen stayed up for a long time and all they needed was push and he probably easily gets the first down. Quote
Da webster guy Posted January 8 Posted January 8 Delay of game another coaching error that Josh had to overcome. Not as bad as 12 men on the field loss to Denver, or 13 seconds, but after a Fins timeout in a critical must have situation they showed us again how badly we need a real OC and not some guy off the staff to replace the guy you fired midSeason. Between McD and Brady, poor Josh has to be scratching his head during every game, like What Are These Clowns Doing? Quote

Sometimes he is running through people and other times if ya sneeze he falls down. So bizarre and why I think they started to feed Fournette some, but really didn’t look good at all. Quote
