Only two reasons the Bills have faltered this season: McDermott and Dorsey. We've seen the Bills respond to Dorsey's leaving. They would be a dynasty if McDermott left. The guy is a straight-up liability as a head coach. There's no debate.

Dorsey isn't about today and the offense has, for the most part, been awful.
