I am so on the fence about McD. Sometimes I want him tarred and feathered and others I think he’s brought stability and accountability to the organization.   
 

I dont worry about burning through OC and DC staff. If they stink then make a change.  The best HR people in any business at best hit 50% good hires-and they will tell you there’s luck involved too to get there.    A poor leader will hold onto their bad hires to avoid criticism.  Frazier was weak-and not a leader.  Daboll was better than average and had potential.  Dorsey was a moron and McD mistake was not firing him three games sooner.  Jury out on Brady though I’m very hopeful.   
 

the only delta is if McD mettles in the offense and forces Brady to be more like  Dorsey.  If that’s the case then he needs to go full stop
