Their receivers can't catch, defense has been let down the last couple weeks, and Kelce has taken a step back I like Mahomes but that whole meltdown against the bills put a bad taste in my mouth. no more respect Quote

Say what you will but I still can’t write off Mahomes and Kansas City 11 hours ago, Bockeye said: Is it Kelce taking a step back or just the fact D can really focus on him given they have no weapons? Maybe both? He suffered a knee injury that probably should have sidelined him for a few weeks. He missed one game. I think the knee is holding him back. Also he is 34. We’ve always wondered when he’ll start slowing down and we might be seeing that now. 2 Quote
FilthyBeast Posted December 27, 2023 Posted December 27, 2023 Raiders played their superbowl against the Chiefs because they want Antonio Pierce to be the HC and I hope that happens for them but knowing Mark Davis he'll screw him over like they did Rich Buscatti to sign some unknown guy to a massive deal. Getting back to Mahomes though, I know it's easy to pile on but how many bad games has he had in his career compared to other top NFL QB's including our own JA17? You can't even really count on one hand because that's how rare it is. He's still the best QB in the league by far and you know Veach is going to remedy the situation in a major way in the offseason just like they did after 2020 when the entire offensive line was overhauled despite getting to the superbowl.
