If the Ravens win tonight and next week, they Could could rest starters against the Steelers in week 18. We can't have that Tonight is not important at all actually 2 Quote

Rockinon Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 Don't forget, Ravens vs SF is still this week. Just hoping the Ravens don't suffer any big injuries before playing Miami. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure the Ravens handle Miami pretty easily. That pass rush of theirs is something. Quote

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Wish there was some way we could can convince the Ravens to sit Lamar tonight. 1 Quote

TheWei44 Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 Not sure if it's been stated above or not, but if we win out and win division, we are definitely the #2 seed. And if we're in as a wild card, we're almost definitely #6 or #7. So #3 and #4 (and #1) aren't possible. It's basically 2, 6, or 7 if we're in the playoffs (with very slim chance of #5). 1 Quote

The best the Browns can do is 12-5. Even if the Browns win the division the Ravens would drop to the 5 seed. It would be 1. Cleveland 2. Buffalo 3. KC 4. AFC South winner 5. Baltimore 6. Miami 7. dma0034 Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 We want the Ravens to lose today because it keeps pressure on them in week 18 (with the Browns) when they play the Steelers. Remember if the Bills lose to the Dolphins they need the Bengals and Steelers to lose. 2 Quote

You probably want them to beat the Steelers to give them an 8th loss, in case we lose another game. z Edited December 25, 2023 by Einstein Quote
strive_for_five_guy Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 So if we get to the 2 seed, I like our odds against anyone we’d have to face in our house, and if we have to play in Baltimore for the AFC championship, I like our odds there too. 2 Quote

Cotton Fitzsimmons Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 Gents, here’s the lay of the land as YE OLE sees it… We are one Baltimore win away from controlling our destiny to the 2 seed. Then we will be one Baltimore loss from controlling our destiny to hosting the AFC Championship Game. 1 2 Quote
