Allen's shoulder injury

No doubt that his shoulder is hurting. The hail Mary a couple weeks ago. Last night to Diggs. Seems like a lot of sidearm throws. Maybe off-season surgery like Purdy had. Same injury I believe. Just push through it until after the Super Bowl.

He’s going to have to be extra cautious when he raises that Lombardi up with his right hand on stage in Vegas on February 11th, 2024.

Purdy had surgery on a torn UCL. That was the injury Josh suffered last year.

Whatever the injury is his shoulder is not right. Maybe that's why they tried to reign him in earlier in the season. Those wide receiver screen passes are usually in the dirt, although he always seems to have trouble with them.

He threw the under throw to Diggs off his back foot. Did not step into the throw. The arm strength is fine based on the drops on the 10-15 yard passes coming in hot. Imho it’s a function of better technique than his arm.

You don't make that throw at the end of the game to Shakir if your shoulder is that bad. He's fine

I dislike the double standard.   Knox drops a few passes with a broken hand and everybody calls him a bum. Allen has a bad game and it must be injury/oline/receivers/coaching.  Allen is a great QB with flaws.  If he can ever clean them up he would be GOAT.

After the first throw in the game to Diggs he was grabbing his shoulder.
