Italian Bills Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 (edited) James, listen to me please: you are a heck of a player, you don’t miss nothing, you are quick, fast in open space, strong through the tackles, you have very good hands when called to be a receiver…. but please, keep your two feet well firm to the ground, don’t fly too high after you had a monster game, like the Dallas one, otherwise you can fall in some trouble like you did in this last game with that couple of fumbles that could be deadly for the outcome of the game. Focus on that very important aspect of your game, protect the football, don’t let defense strip the ball off your hands. I’m very sure you’ll keep on improving, becoming one of the best back in the game, just do your things man. Edited December 24, 2023 by Italian Bills 1 Quote

Man with No Name Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 he's a very good player, but you can't just ignore that he had two fumbles last night, in a very pivotal game, and has dropped two touchdown passes right in his hands over the last 4 weeks. 3 Quote

He has 4 fumbles on 248 touches this season. That’s 1.6 percent, which is NOT good. In comparison, Latavius Murray has 4 fumbles in his last 1,164 touches for a 0.34 percent fumble rate. 1 1 Quote
Coldfronts Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 No this is a serious issue his fumbling problems may keep him from achieving in this league. 1 1 Quote

Coldfronts Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 Although, to put this in perspective Thurman Thomas in 1988 had nine fumbles, 1989 7 fumbles, and over 5 fumbles per year during the Super Bowl years 1 Quote

Teams are going to specifically be strategizing ways to rip the ball out. Cook needs to be ready. 1 4 Quote
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 All the fumbles yesterday were just sloppy. It’s not like someone put a huge stick or hit on the ball. the only play the chargers made all game was that one guy making a great interception on the underthrown ball. Otherwise, we just drop balls. Quote
bmur66 Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 I called his last fumble before it happened. He was not securing the rock. He doesn’t like to get hit either and it seems to cause mental lapse. Quote
Georgia Bill Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 (edited) Man there's no group that can put a Debby Downer on a player, a coach, or a team like some of our Bills "fans" can, even after a W. Get a grip. The only thing you're perfect at is bitchin. Edited December 24, 2023 by Georgia Bill grammer 1 1 Quote
Damian Posted December 24, 2023 Posted December 24, 2023 Last night put Cook over 1000 yds rushing for the season. First Bills RB to make it since McCoy did it in 2017. 2 Quote
