Agree on underutilization of Kincaid but also where were the throws to Cook out of the backfield.  Not a great game plan today.

I think you kind of have to consider the chargers, with a coaching change and a new defensive play caller, broke some tendencies and we’re not easy to game plan for

This was Brady's worse game as OC in my opinion. I hope he is better than he was tonight. I have liked everything he has done up to this point but tonight reminded me of Dorsey too much

Yep agreed. And chargers weak point was their Lbs/safeties

This should have been a big game for cook receiving

Is that you Ken Dorsey?

Out of curiosity what would you like out of Josh Allen-

18 pass attempts for our 44 mil franchise QB and turn him into a game manager with 15-20 passes a game?

Bills simply didn't have a lot of plays on offense tonight.  Kind of a weird game.

You're definitely right.

But it seemed like they leaned into a more heavy 12 personnel/run game plan when they did have the opportunity

This is the problem with this coaching staff. They don’t adjust well and have trouble getting creative. They rarely adjust for matchups. It honestly feels amateurish at times - look that worked let’s keep doing it. They looked tonight like they did most of the season. They got lucky like they did in the nyg and tb games. But could have easily gone bad.

Josh has got to start taking and completing the easy throws. He makes life a lot harder on himself. The throw to Diggs on 3rd down late in the game was such an incredibly difficult throw. Great to watch but man, such a hard throw.

You're right.

I think it all goes back to getting josh in a rhythm.

Hes not a QB who's going to be good "managing" the game with 20 pass attempts.

Got to let him cook a bit

That was definitely one of those games where they tried not to loose it rather than just go dominate. I don’t know if they came into the game with that plan but they definitely fell into that early on. That’s a coaching thing.

Obligatory weekly how the heck was luck involved in the TB game post 😂. I apologize this is gonna be a rant not directed at you personally I’ve just read this so many times now from all different people lol

Lucky a Hail Mary where no receivers even knew where the ball was wasn’t completed?

were we not unlucky that tb took a deep shot and caught a silly deflected pass td on the previous drive? Are we not unlucky that teams have made 26/27 field goals against us this season?  Are we not unlucky that any ball that grazes a defender is somehow intercepted? Lol all these other games I watch I’m seeing defenders drop balls that hit them right in the chest.  Are we not unlucky that courtland Sutton and that dude on the eagles that I don’t even remember the name of caught absolute prayers of tds against us?

Are we not unlucky that obvious late penalties against the jets and pats weren’t called which led directly to losses?  Are we not unlucky that bass has missed three makeable fgs in three close losses?

yea we got a gift in the giants game but the bad luck has far outnumbered the good this season imo…we’ve gotta be one of the unluckiest teams in the nfl this year

I may get roasted for this so feel free too

Last week? Ok the run game went well so 15 passes was necessary.

But against one of the worst pass defences in the league and what, 21 passes or something tonight?

Not good enough in my opinion.

Josh Allen is a rhythm QB and he needs 30 plus throws a game.

Got the W so that's all that matters, but it's time to let Josh unleash a bit more in my opinion

Then when he throws a lot but we lose, it's "we've got to have a run game to take the pressure off."

Let's not downplay 3 turnovers vs the Chargers 0 turnovers...

It's hard enough to win on the road, and even harder with such a huge turnover differential. When you keep giving opponents extra drives & losing your own, it's more on the players than coaching.

I was there today and close to the field on the Bills side. Watched warmups and sideline stuff. Josh is hurt. Throwing shoulder. You could see it during pregame warmups. During warmups before drives. How he grabbed his shoulder after missing on the first play of the game. How he missed his throws early and often. Great guts and execution to get us the win, but throwing a little less for a few weeks and having an extra day now he can get a little better, have a run first game against NE and be himself by Miami.

Diggs was also hurt on the first play, his neck, but also had a little limp jogging on and off the field. Two gamers who did enough for us to win and head home for a Merry Christmas.

I thought Brady Called a poor game.  Seemed more Dorsey like with no plan just running plays.  Very little motion, no throws to RBs , no delayed runs.  Guessing vanilla game plan for an opponent they should have blown out.  Hope he gets his act together for NE next week.
