I can honestly say I never watched an episode of The Nanny but I couldn't stand Fran Drescher from whatever previews/commercials I saw.

 

I also couldn't stand Joe Mantegna in Criminal Minds - or anything else I ever saw him in.

The character I hated the most from The Sopranos was Tony's mom.

 

 

She was from Buffalo.  When she was ~20 years younger, she played the  wealthy owner of the paper on Lou Grant.
