Exception for Brian Keith.  Few actors did 'exasperated' as well as he did.  The 'Brian Keith Show' (aka 'The Little People') of the early 70s showed this in a much funnier program.

Urkel was funny for the first few seasons of Family Matters but then they just went way too overboard with his storylines

Cory Matthews on the back half of Boy Meets World.  "Kid Cory" was fine for the first 3 seasons of the show but man did they ruin his character when they made him the neurotic, whiny, over the top pain in the ***   Made the show hard to watch at times and very unbelievable he would've been lucky enough to be with Topanga in the later years

This might sound a little harsh since he was just a child but Joe Pritchett on Modern Family (Jay and Gloria's son).  Don't get me wrong, I do like watching cute kids but I just felt like they tried way too hard with his "cute kid" lines.
