Heavy rain means wet and slippery field. Plus, strong winds. Tua doesn't have the strongest arm so the wind could be an issue for him. Quote

This is a massive game for Miami and if they lose it could cost them dearly in terms of keeping hold on the division title. Hard to "keep hold" of something you never had. Quote

DCofNC Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 I’d bet on him playing. The real question for the Jets, can they get the Wilson from the 2nd half of last weeks game? If so, they will be tough to beat. Quote

Crazy every time I consider that. We just gotta keep winning at this point. Weird take, probably the only person looking at it this way. They essentially have a 1 game lead over us because we do play them week 18.... and they have a gauntlet of a schedule, which we are just now exiting... and theyre heading into the most critically banged up. sure "Dolphins could literally take the next three games off, and still win the division by just beating us" is technically true if we were to also lose out.... but why make this point lol youre essentially just saying they have a lead you ever turn on start of 4th Q NBA.... the Heat are beating Clippers by 1pt.... "THE HEAT COULD TAKE THIS ENTIRE QUARTER OF, MISS EVERY BASKET, AND STILL BEAT THE CLIPPERS" .......well sure, if both teams forfeit the quarter, thatd happen Dolphins have no choice but to push that putrid lil s*** #10 out there.... this might be the last game this year they arent underdogs in. If i were them id be pushing him to grind through this game, with the promise of vet rest and maybe sitting out following week vs DAL 2 Quote

As long as they beat us, they will win the division. If playing Hill this week jeopardizes his chance of playing against us or in the playoffs, they might be smarter to let him heal up. Quote

I’d be a little surprised if Hill doesn’t play this weekend, all things considered, but if there were a game for the Dolphins to let him heal, this would be it. Agree that to win the division or take the #1 seed, they need to beat both the Ravens and us. If they lose to the Jets, the Ravens still have to beat the Jags and 49ers too, so the Dolphins would have a chance to still catch them. 1 Quote
Southern_Bills Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 I'm torn, he's my WR1 in the fantasy playoffs...but if he sits no way they beat the Jets lol. Only a 340$ payout...I'd take the L if the Bills can pay it off happily ha. Quote
Strethor Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 If Hill doesn't play the Dolphins can easily drop this game. Too much of their offense focuses on Hill being a 1/1 2 Quote

If Hill doesn't play, that secondary is going to bog down that Miami passing attack. With 3 OL out as well the Running game is going to struggle. The question is can Zach Wilson put enough together to put say 20 points on the board to win this game. Jets D going to feast Quote
