I don't see Detroit losing to Denver at home after getting embarrassed by Chicago last week. Doesn't really change things a lot, other than I don't see Denver going 4-0 down the stretch. I do like Denver quite a bit this week against Detroit. But reality is it is far more likely both Denver and Cincinnati go 3-1 rather than 4-0 i’m thinking it’s an adjustment I should make in my prediction. I believe it ends up being good for the Dolphins bad for the Bengals, and not having much of an impact for the Broncos. Quote

FilthyBeast Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Not sure about seeding but gut feeling right now tells me: Division Winners: Chiefs Dolphins Ravens Jaguars Wild Cards Bills Broncos Bengals/Browns - this to me is a coin flip and the matchup at the final week of season is essentially a 'play in' game IMO. Also think that somehow, someway the Bills and Chiefs are going to play again in the playoffs with unfortunately the same result as 2020/2021 since KC will get homefield once again and have a chip on their shoulder after what happened last week. 1 Quote
zow2 Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 (edited) The Raiders are gonna do us a solid... they have their swag back and the light went on for the rookie QB. I think they will beat Indy and Denver..and will not lay down like dogs for Kansas City. That will a fun game for the Silver and Black on Christmas Day. 8 minutes ago, FilthyBeast said: Also think that somehow, someway the Bills and Chiefs are going to play again in the playoffs with unfortunately the same result as 2020/2021 since KC will get homefield once again and have a chip on their shoulder after what happened last week. I hear you...but the emotional playoff losses to KC have left a Larger chip on the Bills' shoulders. So that will more than counteract the Kansas City regular season loss revenge angle. Outside the 1st Qtr, I don't think the Bills played all that well last Sunday. We all know they can play much better than that. Edited December 15, 2023 by zow2 1 Quote

Straight Hucklebuck Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 (edited) In my mind it’s always been Kansas City and Dallas as a package deal. The loser of Steelers v Colts drops out this week, and Stroud is a long shot to make it back in time for Tennessee, but because the Bills don’t have the tie breakers on the Broncos or Bengals, they need the game. Broncos only hard one left is this weekend against Detroit. Otherwise they look like they’ll go 3-1. Bengals have at Chiefs, but again, other than that one game, they face Vikings, Steelers and Browns at home, and the Browns have out 8 starters this week from their opening day roster.
