Special K Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 10 carries 58 yards 5 catches 83 yards 1 TD I remember reading somewhere that James Cook said in an interview that he wants to model his game after Alvin Kamara.....well he sure did a good job of that today! Having a dynamic RB that can both run and catch passes out of the backfield is the perfect type of RB for a QB like Josh Allen. I hope Cook continues to grow and improve, and that this game was the first step in his becoming that Kamara-esque RB for the Bills he wants to be!!! 22 7 4 2 Quote

Big Turk Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Cook is a baller but he HAS to get better at pass pro because in key 3rd downs he has to come off the field too often because he is terrible at blocking and has whiffed far too many times this year on them. 3 6 Quote
QLBillsFan Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Felt Brady got away from run game for some reason. Chiefs got pass rush going .. enough of the wasted sideways bubble crap screens. 6 3 1 Quote

We’re so often outnumbered on ours. It’s basic football and the main thing Belichick’s dad talks about in his book. Fundamental knowledge. 1 2 1 Quote
Warcodered Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 If we'd kept using there would have been some sort have meltdown and Kansas City would have been unlivable and not just because of Chiefs Planet. Quote

Freddie's Dead Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Send an Email to Marcia, because he took Cook out of the game in the second half. Imagine Cook's numbers if he actually played in the 2nd half!! 1 1 1 1 Quote
Mikie2times Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Awesome comparison, they actually have very similar styles in how they move as well. 2 Quote

Cook is the first Bill since Thurman Thomas to be that dual threat. Of course Thurman was also great in every other aspect of the game as well. He could maybe give Cook a few pointers on pass pro. 3 1 1 Quote
Buffalo Ballin Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 We're gonna need him to cook since Gabe Davis is a non factor and Stefon Diggs has a nagging injury that he's keeping secret. Quote

Yeah, and that is probably a Joe Brady, legendary college OC problem. Hopefully he learns from the results today. 1 Quote

Brand J Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 WR screens work against us because we play soft coverage on the outside, there’s space for the opposing receivers and blockers to work. Conversely, we can’t get them to work against teams like the Chiefs that play up and challenge receivers at the LoS. Theres no space to go to work after catching the ball, there’s a defender right there. 1 Quote

I wouldn't take it that far lol McCaffrey is the GOAT like I always said he would be since his college days and scored a TD in 15 straight games. There aren't many games he doesn't score. Quote
