Taylor Rapp being reckless and a liability

Another game and another friendly fire injury from this guy playing reckless. His hit on Dodson  was inches away from being life altering with a head or neck injury. I had high hopes for him when we signed him but I doubt he’s back next year.  He’s aggressive and likes to hit but he’s more of a liability than he’s worth imo.  

 

Thinking we’re gonna have two new safeties going into next season but hopefully Hyde is alright and can finish out the last year of his contract.

WE will need a completely new safety tandem next year.  Hyde and Poyer are done and so are the backups.  And if White cannot return back then that will be 3 of the 5 DBs will be new.

Glad someone started a thread on this. It's ridiculous and I'd like to see him cut asap if he wasnt so needed.

 

Earlier in the season I thought Rapp could step in for 1 of our 2 replacements next year. Now, I dont want him anywhere near our team.

Wonder if the Bills should convert Elam to Safety. They did that years ago with Aaron Williams.

Likely wouldn't work. safety is a more cerebral position than CB. Beane is on record as saying of Elam that the light hasn't come on for him yet.

Honestly I can see Rapp, Hamlin, Poyer and Hyde all gone next year. We need wrs & safeties badly.
