Hopefully they lose Thursday night against the Raiders. If they do, Herbert will be shut down. That will be 9 losses and they'll pretty much be out of contention for a WC spot. After that they'll just be playing for draft position. Trying to play after surgery on a broken index finger on one's throwing hand just doesn't sound like a feasible, nor the right option.

Bringing him back to play would clearly be a desperate move by Staley to save his job by stringing together some wins at the end of the season, ownership should shut that bull#### down to protect Herbert.

Agree completely.  I don't think there's a hand surgeon around who would think it would be positive or even neutral in terms of the long term prognosis, for Herbert to play anyway with a finger injury that requires surgery.

Oh I agree with that. He’s good, he’s not the problem, but I also don’t think he’s an elite QB.  He could be, has the talent for sure

Sometimes great coaching can bring out the elatedness of players but he has no chance on that team.

Agree 100%. Their season is lost and they need a new HC.

Losing Williams earlier in the year was a killer too.

We are going to the game in LA with family out there. They’ve been nervous about buying tickets for months. I’ve been all “hold…..HOLD….” like Braveheart, knowing prices would drop. Even more so the case now.

Miami technically owns their destiny for the Division still.

Sure, but I have to think with Miami's schedule, Vegas would make buffalo the favorites, if we can beat Dallas on Sunday.

Got into the 10 cases, we see...🤔

And another excuse for Spanos to give Staley another year.

Yes I have.  Lots of work before end of year and been sipping on Harvey's imported Bristol Cream full pale sherry.

Takes some of the pain out if they work.

And I take a sip every time I read "Billsy".
