Are high ankle sprains now "nothing ijnuries" for QBs? Mahomes and Lawrence both play without seemingly any issues the week after a high ankle sprain.  Not sure of any others, but there is no way a few years ago a player, even a QB would be playing the week after that.  Unsure how high ankles for QBs are different since they need to be able to drive the ball by stepping into it but somehow it seems not to matter?

man if the Jags lose to Flacco

Teams don't lose to QBs. They lose to teams. If the Jags lose today, they will have lost to an elite defense. Flaco is doing just enough to win. Now, the Colts are actually losing to Jake Browning and Chase Brown.

Agreed, but the refs have to call that PI.

Yeah maybe … I’d have to watch it again ..

I’ve seen more blatant not called… seen less called… that’s the problem right?

My guess? It isn’t a “high” ankle sprain (which is actually a stretching or often tearing of the ligament) and was just your run of the mill sprained ankle we all get.

I think they had to say “high” ankle after the theatrics Trev put on with the throwing of his helmet (the “I know I’m done for the season” move) and slamming the ground after he got a boo boo.

Yeah, I'm sort of reaching the conclusion that Trevor has never once been injured in his life and just had his very own Mac Jones moment.

Bengals are going to be a problem for our playoff hopes.  Their backup is playing better than Burrow has this year lol

Their schedule is tough.

We can hope for Minnesota and/or Kansas City to beat them .. and the other two games are against teams we’re chasing also.
