The Bengals D lineman flailing his arms really influenced the ref.  Poor call. That was not egregious holding in the slightest. Maybe that penalty wins the game for Cincinnati.

Bengals have a tough schedule and if they keep winning are beating other teams ahead of us and then they have KC and MIN as non-teams we’re concerned with at the moment.
