You know what’s funny? After that Chiefs/Rams 54-51 game a few years ago, I remember reading tons of articles about how “defense is dead, the rules only favor offense.” And now, here we are.

I remember watching that game thinking that was the future of the NFL, and it was pointless to think that offenses could be stopped.  It appears to have been more of a blip rather than a trend.
