HC/ST coach would be pretty cutting edge. They always say it's 3 phases and all are equally important. If that's true then why don't any top ST coaches also become HC's?

I guess you just post but not watch Bills and NFL football.

If he wore them while playing I would expect him to wear it right next to the Super Bowl ring he wins as HC... He went to Harvard you know.

Scene: Future press conference

Reporter: "Coach, what do you attribute to the drop in production of all three quarterbacks this season?"

BJH: "I'm not sure, we spend hours in the QB room playing Madden, they all have great reflexes, and can easily beat all online players, like FUMomma69 that they were up against yesterday."

Seeing calls to bring Frank Reich back to coach in Buffalo got me thinking of this as a topic.  How would you build a coaching staff using all former Bills players?

Simple rules, any player, from 1960 to today's team, even deceased.  Time on the team doesn't matter, whether it was a long-time player, or someone that was only here for a few months.  Practice squad players count also.

Here's the positions you need to fill

Head Coach

Offensive Coordinator

Defensive Coordinator

Special Teams Coordinator

Offensive Line Coach

Wide Receiver Coach

Tight Ends Coach

Quarter Back Coach

Running Backs Coach

Defensive Line Coach

Linebackers Coach

Safeties Coach

Defensive Backs Coach

Cornerbacks Coach

Da'Rick Rogers for all positions.

Here's a bunch that were/are coaches at the positions

HC Frank Reich (Colts/Panthers)

OC Alex van Pelt (Bills, Browns)

DC Jim Leonhard (Wisconsin)

QB Davis Webb (Broncos)

RB Sam Gash (Lions, Packers)

OL Mike Devlin (asst OL Ravens)

LB Kelvin Sheppard (OLB, ILB Lions)

ST Colt Anderson (asst ST Bengals)

WR Naaman Roosevelt (Off asst - Saskatchewan Roughriders)

Couldn't find a former Bill at secondary and DL.
