The O Line

Only one sack allowed today. 
 

I thought the protection was fantastic overall and run game solid.  
 

Whatever they’re doing collectively on offense and protections and the run game has been really good.  On the road v that D in those conditions no less.  Maybe their best game.  
 

Not many seasons you play where all 5 starters stay healthy into December.  
 

Another thing that makes this season a tragic waste.

I thought he had more issues in the ground game than he usually does and am guessing he doesn't grade out all that well.

You look at the OL and DL play, JA17's stats, time of possession, even the turnover battle...yet they lose. It makes no damn sense!

 

The trenches have been won by the Bills for a few games. I sure hope they go 6 of 6 or 5 of 6 and make the playoffs, cayuse otherwise, what a waste! At least there's good talent all around. Poyer and Hyde, which were one of the Bills' strength, are getting suspect. Father Time sucks. Bills get weaker at some spots but stronger at others. Though usually, when your OL and DL dominate, you win!

Good news is they are mostly all young except Morse so should/could be around for awhile.  Not sure too if replacing Morse with Bates would be much of a drop either if Morse were to retire or they made big changes in off season and let Morse go for cap reasons.
