RyanC883 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 How much more of McD and his disastrous weak losses do we need to see. Let's recap: --13 seconds--but blame the ST coach. --meltdown against AZ --12 men --defensive meltdown against Giants --failing to get past divisional round after making the AFCCG AND THEN, JUST TODAY WITH THE SEASON ON THE LINE: -- kneeling the ball with 20 seconds and 1 timeout. You have Allen, Diggs, Kincaid, Davis (when he runs the right route) and Shakir. Try to FG range. --speaking of the 1 TO, it should have been two, but McD thinks icing the kicker (who was somewhat rushed) works. --another defensive meltdown. In fact, numerous in the 2nd half, leading to the OT meltdown. But Pegs will do nothing. Have fun selling tickets and merchandise Mr. Mediocracy. New name for McD. McMediocracy. 3 3 1 2 Quote
wppete Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Time for Pegula to clean house. Coaching staff and a lot of these old washed up players. Von, Poyer ect. 3 Quote

I'm even okay with Poyer this year, but the play time Miller has been given is insane. Perhaps he makes a comeback, but why are we letting him rehab during games!! 1 Quote
popcornpam Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Hell, they can make Frazier the head coach. He probably do better when he didn’t have McDermott breathing down his throat he always said McDermott didn’t like to blitz. Hire Jim Schwartz, as head coach the players like him. 1 Quote
Wizard Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Brady as OC. Don't promote Babich. Get an offense minded HC and get an experienced DC. Quote

Get rid of him this week and a hire an interim head coach to finish the year out. WE need somebody else to not screw up the defense at the end of the games. I think the players will be happy! Quote

GustheDog33 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 Usually when a head coach is fired the whole staff is given the green light to pursue other opportunities. Not always and not everyone, but it is typical. 1 Quote

qwksilver Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 McMediocracy just signed an extension in the offseason through 2027. I don't think he is going anywhere. The excuse will be the massive injuries to the Defense. The offense looks to be back on track with Brady. Quote

He's "Cleaned house" many times in the past! Lots of mistakes to make go away! That poster is talking about the current Bills regime. Quote

I agree, and he has to do it immediately. Don't wait till someone else gets Ben Johnson, Slowik or even Harbaugh. Many washed players need to go. Build a young team around Josh that maybe includes a real WR2. 2 Quote
TheBrownBear Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 I will say it seems we may have found something with Brady. 505 yards today. Put up season high yardages against two good defenses in a row. 1 Quote
gobills404 Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 I’d rather keep Brady as the OC, where he is doing very well (so far). Being a HC is about wayyyyyy more than just X’s and O’s, and Brady only has 3.5 years of NFL experience under his belt. But I would be VERY interested in keeping Babich on as the DC if McD gets canned. His track record as a position coach is extremely impressive. Quote
