That's the same argument that could be held for all these "anti colonialist" narratives. Someone was almost always there before. Here it was pre Clovis and Hopewell prior to the natives. The Picts were an Iron Age people who inhabited the northern and eastern parts of what is now Scotland. They flourished from approximately the fourth century A.D. to the ninth century1. Initially, there was a myth that they were exotic “lost people,” but recent research suggests that they were actually the indigenous population of the region2. The Picts are believed to have originated from Scythia (Scandinavia), settled in Orkney, and then migrated south to what is now Scotland3. Slut shaming is ***** gross…just as is conservatives that try to censor sex in the name of family values (lame evangelicals). however, I think they’re referring to the accused rape he had leveled against him. also, can we just stop with the athletes, game show hosts, pillow salesman in politics…would it hurt to have someone with a background of service (whether military, peace corp, etc).
